Perspective Breakthrough Sessions

Available in 60- or 90-minute session packages, we’ll take stock of your current situation and uncover how your perspective is causing you to feel stressed, anxious and overwhelmed, and powerless to change it.

Using a variety of coaching techniques and energy healing modalities, we’ll quickly identify and clear the recurring patterns, limiting beliefs and negative emotions that are at the root of what’s been keeping you from standing in your personal power.

Together, we’ll explore new perspectives and possibilities, and co-create practical action steps that feel truly aligned with who you are and what you want.

Unstuck Axelerator™ Program

This program (available in group and 1:1 formats) is for you if you are DONE with feeling extremely stressed, anxious, negative and overwhelmed by your legal job, and feeling like you have no control over your schedule, job or life.

Relax & Unwind Sessions

If you want to unwind from work stress and anxiety, relax your mind and body, and recharge your batteries, then this is for YOU!

Supporting you on mental, emotional, physical and spiritual levels, Reiki energies can ease anxiety, depression, tension, burnout and overwhelm – and so much more.

Available in 30, 45 and 60-minute sessions, these distance (virtual) Reiki sessions promote an increased sense of calm, overall wellbeing and vitality by clearing energetic blockages in your body, chakras and energetic fields and improving life force flow.

Have an intense week ahead and want to be on top of your game? These sessions are great to help you prepare for, as well as recharge during and/or after, a demanding week of heavy workloads to meet key deadlines, client meetings, court appearances, business travel and conferences.

You may choose to focus on a particular area of concern or to simply relax and receive!

Energy Leadership™ Index Assessment and Debrief

The Energy Leadership™ Index Assessment is a powerful tool for quickly developing an in-depth understanding into how your thoughts, personal leadership style and current belief system may be creating stress-inducing, internal blocks holding you back or may be supporting you in achieving the happiness, success, and sense of purpose you want in your work.

We’ll review the results of your assessment during a debrief session and co-create practical action steps.
