Available in 30 to 90-minute sessions, these distance (virtual) Reiki sessions clear energetic blockages in your body, chakras and energetic fields to promote an increased sense of calm, overall wellbeing and vitality (life force flow).

By supporting you on mental, emotional, physical and spiritual levels, Reiki energies can ease anxiety, depression, tension, burnout and overwhelm – and so much more. They are great for recharging during and after business travel and demanding weeks.

You may choose to focus on a particular area of concern or to simply relax and receive!

Energy Leadership Assessment and Debrief

The Energy Leadership Assessment is a powerful tool for quickly developing an indepth understanding into how your thoughts, personal leadership style and current belief system may or may not be supporting you in creating the business you desire.

We’ll review the results of your assessment during a debrief session and co-create practical action steps.
