My Personal Journey

For most of my life, I’d known that I hadn’t scratched the surface of my potential and that when I did, I would take off exponentially. I just didn’t know how to figure that out – and it certainly wasn’t for lack of trying!

This constant frustration of feeling underutilized fueled my quest which included changing careers from litigation to IT and Electronic Discovery. Each career refined my expertise in developing deep connections, becoming a trusted advisor, uncovering the root cause of clients’ problems, brainstorming, solving problems creatively and designing efficient processes.

Ultimately, I really wanted to focus exclusively on my love of empowering clients by shifting their mindsets to self-belief and getting them out of their own way. This led me to coaching.

With my shiny new coaching certification in hand, I quickly learned a very difficult lesson – owning a business is the most challenging exercise in personal development.

Despite hiring multiple coaches and enrolling in high-end business coaching programs, I found myself stuck. I struggled to get clarity on the direction of my business and the terrifying fears, of being judged and criticized if I put myself out there, were paralyzing.

I had no idea that traumatic childhood experiences had such extensive and far-reaching implications and were preventing me from moving forward. Incredibly, this never came up in any coaching or therapy sessions.

Things completely changed for me when I took a leap of faith.

I accepted an offer to receive a free energy healing session. Despite having no idea what energy healing was, I was willing to give it a shot because it offered the relief of getting unstuck that I so desperately sought (and nothing else that I had tried had worked).

For the first time in my life, I felt seen, understood and supported at the depth of my pain and struggle. I felt the weight of the world lifting – something I had not dreamed possible. After a single session, I went from thinking energy healing was hocus pocus to the greatest kept secret and that if I could, I wanted to help others in this way.

Since that realization, I have stepped into my soul mission of being an energy healer and coach. I immediately prioritized my own healing and developing my expertise and intuitive gifts, rapidly earning multiple energy healing modality certifications and getting privately mentored by high-level energy healers.

Today, I am empowering my clients to get unstuck in their businesses and take consistent action faster than I had ever imagined possible.
